Networking With A Purpose

Our Vision

Women have big hearts but very little extra time.   Between work and family our plates are overfilled.   One more committee meeting, one more obligation, one more demand for our time puts us all on overload.   And yet we CARE.

We CARE about women.   We understand that we are in sisterhood with women locally and globally who might be fighting for the freedom to get an education, fleeing an abusive relationship, or fighting for an end to lawlessness where they are not safe from assault or worse.

We empathize deeply with women who might be fighting for the right to drive, the right to vote, the right to work, and the right to go out in public without a male escort.

They need to know that women who live with laws and abundance, stand beside them in their fight.   We CARE.   And our Collective Donation is our way of Paying it Forward with a bigger impact.

"Creating Space for Women Who Have More In Their Lives To Take Action On Behalf Of Women Who Have Less"

Our History

Debra Dion Krischke Inspired Women Pay It ForwardDebra Dion Krischke has spent over 25 years producing special events for women’s initiatives.  She started by raising $700 in her living room and now her events have generated over $2,000,000 nationally for lesser funded issues such as domestic violence, human trafficking, scholarships for single moms and education for girls globally.   Constantly in search of an easier method to connect with other women while giving back, she arrived at this model after learning about giving circles.

Having lived in Iran for several years prior to the revolution she saw firsthand the plight of women under veil. Little did she know it was a defining time in her life and would begin her lifelong jouney of assisting women.

"Just think, what if every town and community in the world had a group of caring philanthropists like you?”

Recipient Testimonials

According to the World Health Organization, the most effective poison in the world is dirty water accounting for 3.4 million deaths per year. We’ve been very blessed to be the recipient of funding from "Inspired Women Paying it Forward” over the past 10 years, resulting in many clean water wells being drilled in remote villages in Uganda.

Each well saves lives and significantly improves the health of over 1500 villagers. That means they can get out of their sick beds and work. The village economy improves almost immediately and often results in them building a multi-purpose church, school and gathering place. Clean water saves lives and significantly improves the lives of the living.
In partnership with Inspired Women and the funding The Asservo Project has been awarded, we have not only rescued several girls from human trafficking both domestically and internationally, we are providing tuition, and other needs for survivors in the United States and also internationally.

If we did not have this support, many girls would still be trapped in slavery.
I met Debra Krischke in 2018 and that is when I joined the inspired network. The mission of this network is very near and dear to my heart. At one point in my life, I was that very person who had less and needed help to get me to the next level. After surviving an acid attack that left me completely maimed and blinded in one eye, I needed all the support from around the globe to be able to get back on my feet. I made a commitment to myself to pay it forward someday to those in need and this network helps me achieve exactly that. I have connected with several amazing generous women who care about the well being of those in need.

This network has supported my own initiatives in Uganda where I support women who have survived acid attack violence. We assist with lifesaving medical care, reconstructive surgeries, rehabilitation, and reintegration back into their communities, as well as education of their children. I love the inspired network's mission for their unique model where everyone who joins as a member has a chance to benefit at some point in their membership lifetime.

It is a winning team for everyone only if you are passionate about the mission of helping, not just in for the money. I may not win each time I pitch but I keep coming back and paying my membership because I know my contribution is making a tremendous difference in the lives of those in need. I am a living testament to this as a beneficiary in addition to being a member. - Hanifa Nakiryowa, Founder Cerasav
The Lighthouse Foundation has been honored to receive multiple funding from Inspired Women over the past 6 years. From the giving last year alone, we were able to place 6 single moms in safe, reliable vehicles.

I have been a Proud member of the north chapter for years as well as a recipient.
Inspired Women has played an indispensable role in the community helping both local and international nonprofits thrive.
